To lead people into God’s presence through prayer, deep worship, praise and the teaching of His Word—equipping them to understand their Kingdom identity, grow in their relationship with God, and live transformed lives that influence families, communities and nations.
Our Culture
Presence Over Performance
We prioritize God’s presence over human performance.
We do not gather to impress people, showcase talent or create entertainment. We gather to seek God, honour Him and create room for the Holy Spirit to move.
We pursue excellence, but excellence will always serve God’s presence—never replace it.

Our four approved leadership principles guide every department, leader, and volunteer.
Presence Over Performance
Every department operates under the ministry's spiritual culture. Our priority is God's presence, not individual recognition or performance.
Unity and Accountability
Department leaders are responsible for their assigned activities while remaining accountable to the committee and, once established, the organization's governing board.
Financial Transparency
All financial contributions, expenditures, and commitments should be properly documented. Significant expenses should require authorization under an agreed financial policy.
Service Before Position
Leadership positions are responsibilities of service, not titles of personal authority.
Worship
Authentic worship that draws hearts away from distraction and into a deeper encounter with God.
Prayer
Intentional moments of prayer, surrender, and intercession where faith is strengthened and lives are renewed.
Community
A welcoming family where every generation can belong, serve, grow, and use their gifts for God’s glory.
